Rene Solano

Rene Solano has extensive experience in computer systems and network support, currently serving as a Computer Specialist at ITS DSS since December 2016 and as a Computer Associate Tech Support I at Planned Systems International since April 2015. At Planned Systems International, Rene Solano focuses on analyzing and troubleshooting network failures while training support staff for the Network Operation Center. Prior to these roles, Rene Solano worked as a Network Engineer at Unisys from June 2004 to March 2015, where responsibilities included resolving network issues for over 20,000 users while collaborating with various support teams and vendors.
