Jake Lader has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jake began their career as an intern at The Ehrhardt Group in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, they served as a Client/Partner Leader at Transworld Advertising, Inc., where they were responsible for various tasks including recruitment, scheduling, and facilitating new hires.

In 2016, Jake joined YP as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they excelled and became a nationally ranked salesperson within one year. Jake handled sales, account servicing, and performance tuning for the Space & Treasure Coasts.

From 2018 to 2021, Jake worked at ISO Group Inc as a Client Manager and then as a Senior Client Manager. Jake specialized in providing supply chain solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Jake's role involved maintaining and sustaining critical platforms and equipment for the company's clients worldwide.

Since 2021, Jake has been a part of PlanSource, initially working as a Customer Support Account Manager. Jake contributed to creating a better benefits experience for employees and HR teams through the PlanSource platform. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Consultant and Sales Manager - Major Markets.
