Lance Roper

Lance Roper has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Lance started their career as an IT intern at QinetiQ-NA, where they constructed file and exchange servers, monitored network logs, and provided help desk assistance. Lance then worked as a System Support Specialist at PlanSource, where they provided advanced support for IT technicians and users. In this role, they were responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various devices and hardware for both local and remote employees. Lance also worked as a Senior Tech Desk Technician at Overstock.com, where they gained experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Before that, they had internships at Williams International and the NASA Ames Research Center, where they provided support for PC users, performed hardware and software upgrades, and worked on network and server installations.
