Shannon Osborne

Shannon Osborne, MS, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shannon currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales Operations and Enablement at PlanSource since December 2021. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Vice President, Sales Operations and Engineering from August 2021 to December 2021. Shannon also served as the Assistant Vice President, Sales Engineering from July 2019 to August 2021 and as the Assistant Vice President, Operational Sales Support from September 2018 to July 2019. In April 2018, they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Implementation.

Before joining PlanSource, Shannon worked at Cumbus Constructing Group as a Senior Project Coordinator from January 2007 to March 2010. Prior to that, they were a Teller Coordinator at SunTrust Bank from January 2004 to December 2006.

Shannon Osborne, MS, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Athletic Training/National Certified Athletic Trainer from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Shannon pursued further education at the same university and completed their Masters of Science degree in Health Services Administration from 2001 to 2003.
