Evelyn Araripe

Evelyn Araripe is a dedicated researcher and lecturer at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, focusing on the integration of sustainability and climate change into Chemistry education. With extensive experience in project consulting for organizations such as the Malala Fund and Instituto Alana, Evelyn has facilitated numerous workshops and provided mentorship in climate education. As a co-founder of Youth Climate Leaders, Evelyn developed curricula and coordinated programs aimed at enhancing youth engagement in sustainability. Additionally, Evelyn holds a PhD candidacy in Science Education and is enrolled in a dual PhD program in Sustainability Sciences at Leuphana University, reflecting a strong commitment to education and outreach in environmental issues.
