Jeff Poirier

Jeff Poirier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff started their career in 1989 at Panda Manufacturing as a Department Manager, where they managed the screen-printing operation for a sheet metal fabricator. Jeff then moved to Loud Technologies in 1995, where they served as a Production Manager, overseeing fabrication, finishing, and final assembly. During their time at Loud Technologies, they also managed the transition of in-house production to contract manufacturing and assisted with new product development and overseas sourcing.

In 2004, Jeff joined Eldorado Stone as a Plant Manager, where they directed and coordinated the operations of the manufacturing plant. Jeff'sresponsibilities included managing costs, formulating policies, planning resource utilization, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. Jeff also served as a Senior Project Engineer at Eldorado Stone, where they managed capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and facility transitions. Additionally, they researched and developed new products, manufacturing methods, and technologies.

Most recently, Jeff worked at Plant Response as the Director of Production. In this role, they focused on a biotech manufacturing operation that converted discarded food scraps into nutrient-rich fertilizer. Jeff directed and developed manufacturing practices using lean principles, while also instilling a culture of safety, continuous improvement, trust, and collaboration.

Overall, Jeff Poirier's work experience includes roles such as Director of Production, Senior Project Engineer, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Department Manager, allowing him to develop expertise in various areas of manufacturing and operations management.

Jeff Poirier attended The Art Institutes from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Graphic Design. Jeff did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their education, Jeff has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn. In December 2022, they completed the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification as well as the Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies certification.
