Mary Wathen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mary started their career as the General Manager at QLP Laminates in 1993 and held this position until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they served as the President at Nelco Technology. In 2004, Wathen joined Cassidian Communications as the Vice President of Operations and held this role until 2018. Currently, they are the MSSSI Vice President at Motorola Solutions, a position they have held since March 2018.
