Ann Massey

Ann Massey has extensive experience in the wealth management industry, serving as Operations Manager at Plante Moran Financial Advisors since March 1996. With a focus on back and middle office operations, Ann currently leads operations and technology strategic initiatives for the Wealth Management Industry Group. Over 17 years in this role has involved overseeing PMFA operations, supervising client service staff, managing portfolio administration and reporting, and conducting industry research to enhance scalability and growth. Ann began a career at Auto-Owners Insurance Company, progressing through various positions from the mail room to the investment department. Education includes attendance at Kalamazoo Valley Community College from 1997 to 2011.
