Dawna Koppin has extensive work experience primarily at Plante Moran. Dawna started in 1992 as an Associate, providing assurance and tax-related services to wealthy individuals, families, and closely-held businesses. During this time, they also managed college recruiting and human resources projects. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an HR Senior Consultant and Staff Development Specialist, focusing on staff development, performance management, and leadership development. Since 2011, they have held the role of Human Resources Manager, where they provide HR consulting and support to staff and partners in various offices and service areas. Dawna also manages an HR Generalist team and collaborates on various projects related to staff development initiatives and HR policy matters. In July 2022, they assumed the position of HR Director, responsible for client delivery and HR business partnerships.
Dawna Koppin studied at the University of Michigan from 1990 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Dawna also attended Albion College from 1988 to 1990, specializing in Professional Management.
