Noah R. began their professional career in 2018 as a Team Lead at UC San Diego - Housing • Dining • Hospitality, where they led a team of up to 10 employees every shift by delegating tasks according to each member's strengths and weaknesses. Noah also trained new employees on store policies and processes while continuously training current employees when necessary. In 2021, they joined a Chemical Engineering Senior Design Project - Diesel Reformation Plant as a Research Team Member, where they collaborated with 3 chemical engineering students to design a plant capable of reforming 20,000 gallons of crude diesel into 13,400 kg of 99.98% pure hydrogen fuel for use in automotive transportation every day. The plant was designed using a combination of chemical simulation software, ASPEN Plus, and theory. In 2022, they joined Plantible Foods as a Process Development Engineer.

Noah R. attended Liberty Charter High School from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their High School Diploma. Noah then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at UC San Diego, which they completed in 2021.
