Andrew Moltz

Director of Culinary Innovation and Food Culture at PlantPlus Foods

Andrew Moltz has extensive work experience in the food industry. Andrew is currently the Director of Culinary Innovation and Food Culture at PlantPlus Foods. Prior to this, they worked at PepsiCo for 10 years, where they held two different roles as a Corporate Executive Chef, one in PepsiCo Foods Global R&D and the other in the Nutrition Category. Before PepsiCo, Andrew worked at Givaudan for four years as a Development Chef, providing culinary support and internal education for foodservice and retail customers. Andrew'scareer began as a Food Scientist/Chef at Newly Weds Foods.

Andrew Moltz attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Microbiology at the same university. In 2003, Andrew enrolled in the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and obtained a Culinary Certificate in Culinary studies the following year in 2004.
