Dwayne Shaw

Dwayne Shaw has a extensive work experience in various industries. Dwayne started their career as a Cement Supervisor at Universal Well Services, where they gained extensive knowledge in cement blends and equipment repairs. Dwayne then co-founded a 5-truck oil and gas service company called G&S Well Service, specializing in heavy haul and full site containment. Dwayne further expanded their expertise as a Lead Trainer at TD Cannan before becoming an Operations Manager at SRWR. Dwayne moved on to Schlumberger as an Operator and later joined ShalePro Energy Services as a Lease Operator, overseeing multiple fields with numerous wells. Dwayne then worked at Casella Waste System as an Operations Supervisor and was responsible for daily scheduling and assisting with budget management. Currently, they are the Director of Transportation and Logistics at Plants and Goodwin, Inc. Overall, Dwayne Shaw has shown their adaptability and efficiency in various roles throughout their career.
