Hope Smith

Hope Smith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies from Georgia State University. Hope has held various management positions at REI from August 2011 to November 2015, including Retail Sales Manager and Customer Service Associate. Currently, at Plants Creative Landscapes since November 2015, Hope holds the positions of Office Manager, People Experience Manager, and Ultimate Experience Manager. Hope's responsibilities include motivating, directing, and coaching staff to increase sales and service.
