Jesse D. Gerson

Jesse D. Gerson has had extensive work experience in the customer success field. Jesse D. most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Success, NA at Planview, where they supported customers in their business and digital transformations. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Customer Success, North America at Planview and also took on interim APAC leadership responsibilities. Jesse has also worked as a Consultant, Advisor, and Angel Investor for various companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of Customer Success at Dataminr, a pioneer in AI and Machine Learning innovation. Jesse has also held executive consultant and advisor roles at various companies. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Ace Relocation Systems and the Director of Customer Experience at Mills Van Lines. Jesse D. has also worked in information technology and sales advisory roles at Atlas Van Lines and Atlas World Group International. Additionally, Jesse has worked as a consultant and advisor for Expat Relocation Solutions and ARCA International.

Jesse D. Gerson has attended Salt Lake Community College, studying Communications, General. Prior to that, Jesse completed their high school education at Agoura High School. In addition to their formal education, Jesse has obtained certifications including Organizational Change Management Foundations from Planview, High-Impact Sales Coaching from Sales Readiness Group, Google Leadership Partner Certification from Google, and Amazon Elite Partner Certification from Amazon.
