Konrad Florczak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Konrad currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success EMEA at Planview, Inc., where they lead the customer success function and is responsible for driving positive customer outcomes and managing a customer success team. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Customer Success at Planview, Inc. and was also a Customer Success Manager at the company.
Before joining Planview, Inc., Konrad worked as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Micro Focus and as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Konrad also had previous experience as a Customer Success Manager at HP, where they focused on applying customer governance policies and providing support for end-users of HP PPM software.
Earlier in their career, Konrad worked as a Consultant in IT Governance at Deodis, Groupe Neurones, as a Project Manager Assistant at AIG, as a Translator at PIER ESIEA, and as a Researcher at ESIEA Recherche.
Konrad Florczak holds a Master's degree in International Business from Macquarie Business School, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in IT Management from ESIEA - École d'Ingénieur·e·s d'un numérique utile, from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Konrad has obtained several additional certifications, including the Senior Leadership Accelerator Certificate from Ceresa in 2023, the MEDDPICC Certified Badge - CSM_Renewal from Planview in 2022, and the ITIL V2 certification from ITIL Certified.
