Raya Bruck- Malka

Raya Bruck-Malka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D) across various industries. Currently serving as the Global L&D Director at Plarium since June 2023, Raya collaborates with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with strategic goals and develop leadership programs. Prior roles include Global L&D Director at Playtika, where organization-wide strategies were developed to enhance employee engagement and performance, and Global Learning & Development at Cellebrite, responsible for managing the organizational learning plan. Raya's background also includes positions at Microsoft as a Learning & Development Program Manager and at The Rashi Foundation as Cyber Education Program Manager. Earlier experience includes a role as Engineering Program Manager for Unit 8200 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps, overseeing educational programs. Raya holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
