Oded Efrati

Oded Efrati has extensive work experience in various roles related to marketing, business development, and management. Oded is currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Business Development - Europe at Plasan since July 2023. Prior to that, they were a part of the Advisory Board from January 2022. From January 2022 to January 2023, they held the position of Chief Business Development Officer at NINA. Oded has also worked at ST Engineering, where they served as the General Manager at ST Engineering (Israel) from January 2019 to December 2021 and as the Vice President of Business Development, Robotics & Autonomous Systems (Singapore) from November 2017 to January 2019. Before joining ST Engineering, Oded worked at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries in various roles, including Director of Marketing & Business Development (Singapore) from September 2012 to September 2017, Head of Business Development - Training & Simulation Systems from September 2006 to September 2012, and Senior consultant - Business Development from November 2001 to September 2006. Oded started their career as an Officer in the IAF from 1991 to 2000.

Oded Efrati attended Frankfurt International School from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained their IB degree. Later, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued an MBA degree in the field of study of MBA at Oxford Brookes University.
