Robert Conte

Robert Conte is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Plasma-Therm since August 2014, Robert has previously held key positions, including General Manager at MATCOR Metal Fabrication and Columbus McKinnon, and Operations Manager at The Frank McBride Company, Inc. Robert's early career includes roles as Director of West Coast Operations at Esselte and various management positions at Victaulic. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
