ILIA 0xPlasma

ILIA 0xPlasma has been working in the finance industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a Research Analyst for Leader Asset Management, where they raised capital for investment funds from institutional investors. In 2010, they became the Managing Partner of PFL Advisors, where they provided services across banking, TMT, Internet, Metals & Mining, and other sectors. In 2012, they co-founded Edster, where they were responsible for communication to and from the client, managing communications and workflow, project scope, team management, preparation of commercial offers and presentations, participation in tenders, preparation of analytic reports, and document management. In 2016, they took on the role of Head of International Business Development and Chief Digital Information Officer at Coursmos. In 2017, they founded Plasma DLT, a public blockchain designed for DeFi, CBDC, DAO, and payments. In 2021, they founded Plasma Wallet, a self-custodial mobile wallet for DeFi, NFT, and Web3. In 2022, they took on the role of DeFi Architect at Quadrat² | by 0xPlasma Labs. Finally, in 2020, they became the CEO and Founder of Plasma.Finance, a DeFi and NFT Metaverse and DEX Aggregator HyperDEX and Bridge Aggregator.

ILIA 0xPlasma obtained a Bachelor degree in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2009. ILIA then went on to obtain a Master degree in Economics from the same university in 2011. In 2012, ILIA 0xPlasma obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from McGill University. In 2016, ILIA 0xPlasma obtained a Coursera Course Certificate in Math and Python for Data Scientists.
