Yoni Glickman

Yoni Glickman serves as Managing Partner at FoodSparks by PeakBridge, focusing on investments in innovative, sustainable Agri-FoodTech start-ups across Europe and Israel since June 2020. Currently, Glickman holds positions on the supervisory board of Kern Tec and the board of directors for The Mediterranean Food Lab, Vanilla Vida, and Plastopil Ltd. Additionally, Glickman has been the CEO/Owner of DreamTime Management Consulting since April 2010, specializing in business strategy development for global B2B companies. Previously, Glickman was Chairman of the Board at Qualitas Health, an industry leader in algae-based nutrition, and held various board positions, including member of the board at Bermad Water Technologies and LOG - Pharma Primary Packaging, and served as President of Natural Solutions at International Flavors & Fragrances. Glickman earned a BA in Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
