Dan Kim

Dan Kim's work experience includes a range of roles in finance and business. Dan most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Plate IQ starting in June 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Crothall Laundry Services, a laundry and linen services company, from May 2021 to June 2023. Dan also worked at H.I.G. Capital as a Portfolio Optimization (Finance Operating Partner) from January 2018 to April 2021.

Prior to their roles in finance, Dan co-founded two companies. Dan was a co-founder of Veritable Screening, a technology-enabled background screening and drug testing solutions provider, from March 2014 to July 2017. Dan also co-founded CaregiverChecks.com, which offered high-quality background checks for individuals employed by families, from June 2015 to June 2017.

Dan's earlier experience includes positions at Macquarie Group as a Senior Vice President from May 2008 to June 2013, at Jefferies & Company as an Associate at Jefferies Quarterdeck from May 2006 to February 2008, at Houlihan Lokey as an Associate from June 2004 to April 2006, at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Analyst from March 2000 to June 2002, and at The North Face as a Forecasting & Planning Analyst from October 1998 to February 2000.

Dan Kim attended Montebello High School, although no specific dates were provided for this period. Dan then continued their education at Pomona College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy.
