Jennifer Burns has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry since 2013. Jennifer began as an Expeditor & Event Coordinator at Meadowood Napa Valley in 2013. In 2015, they moved to Auberge Resorts Collection as an Operations Manager. In 2017, they joined Deborah Miller Catering & Events as an Account Director, where they managed over 40 steady, core accounts and 100+ minor accounts. Jennifer provided clients with guidance in event & catering planning and logistics, along with 24/7 support. In 2020, they joined Plate IQ as a Team Lead and Account Manager in Customer Success.
Jennifer Burns obtained a Bachelor of Professional Studies from The Culinary Institute of America in 2013, majoring in Hospitality & Business Management. In 2015, they obtained a CPR Certification from the American Red Cross. In 2013, they also obtained an Introductory Level Sommelier Examination from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
