Aaron Rampersad

Director of Customer Success at Plate IQ

Aaron Rampersad has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Rheumatology Human Resources Assistant at Rheumatology Associates PC, where they were responsible for answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, and providing general information. Aaron also ran errands, oversaw office computers, printers, and copy machines, and was the point person for office related contacts. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Account Manager at SinglePlatform, part of Constant Contact, where they provided restaurants and local businesses one stop to manage their digital presence and gain customers. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Applied Behavior Analyst at the NY Center for Autism Treatment, where they worked with autistic children and other patients with developmental issues in clinical settings or patient's homes. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have worked at Plate IQ, first as an Account Manager, then as Team Lead, Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success, and finally as the Director of Customer Success. At Plate IQ, they automated accounts payable software, replaced manual data entry, and provided analytics around purchasing.

Aaron Rampersad attended Baruch College from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
