Customer Success Manager at Plate IQ

Kit Zorsch has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Starting as a Manager at Taylor's Automatic Refreshers, Zorsch then moved on to become a Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in 2010. In 2015, Zorsch took on the role of Account Manager at Ctuit Software, where they consulted with clients on the successful implementation of hospitality software into their day-to-day operations. In 2017, Zorsch became the Customer Advocacy Manager at Compeat Restaurant Management Software, where they oversaw $2M ARR in Enterprises-Level client accounts. In 2019, Zorsch took on the role of Enterprise Account Manager at Revel Systems, where they advised client’s C-Suite and top operations teams on the best practices for Revel Systems' technology. Most recently, in 2020, Zorsch became a Customer Success Manager at Plate IQ.

Kit Zorsch has a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts and History from U.C. Berkeley. Kit has also obtained seven certifications from LinkedIn in 2018, including Business Analysis Foundations: Competencies, Customer Retention, Learning Data Analytics, Sales: Customer Success, Salesforce for Customer Service, Service Metrics for Customer Service, and Writing Customer Service Emails.
