In 2017, they began as a Relationship Banker at Regions Bank, followed by a role as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Alabama ONE Credit Union in 2018. In 2019, they were an AVP, Direct Lending Alternative Channels at BBVA in the USA. In 2020, they were a Production Coordinator at loanDepot. In 2021, they were a Founder at ManaVenturi, where they bootstrapped from $3,000 to leveraging over $100,000 within the first four months and correctly assessed expansion opportunities to enter and exit establishing a net revenue of $27,000 EOY '21. Matt also became an investor through AngelList (angel.co). In 2022, they were a Director of Vendor Operations at Plate IQ, a Manager, Vendor Enrollment at TrainYo, and an SDR Mentor at TrainYo. Matt scaled the Vendor Operations team by 40% with multiple divisions and ended 2022 with >310% monthly on average better output in enrollment. In 2023, they joined Pavilion as a Member and TrainYo as an Advisor.
Matt Rocha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Alabama. Matt also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computational Analysis from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
