Priscila Passerani Valentir Ugliara has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Priscila currently works at Builders as an Innovation Project Manager in the Venture Studio where they are involved in conceiving, operating, and scaling startups and new businesses. Priscila'sresponsibilities include working with large companies and investors in a continuous experimentation model to reduce risks and test hypotheses.

Before joining Builders, Priscila worked at Certisign as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, supporting the development of biometric authentication products. Priscila played a key role in co-creating and supporting the end-to-end business model of Biometrics as a Service (BaaS), which combines biometrics, liveness detection, and anonymization of data for personal information protection.

Prior to Certisign, they worked at Giesecke+Devrient as a Project Delivery Manager, focusing on government projects in South America related to electronic identification (eId) and biometrics. Priscila was involved in strategic planning, commercial stages, and project execution. Priscila also contributed to a Proof of Concept project in partnership with the government of São Paulo, developing a biometric-based system for delivering high-cost medications.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Sequenza IT Solutions and held the position of Manager of Software Development at Resource IT Solutions, where they managed operations and projects for clients like C&A Modas, Claro S/A, and Porto Seguro.

Priscila also gained experience as a Specialist in Systems at Alpargatas S.A., where they were responsible for developing systems for various areas of the company, including People Management, Communication & Marketing, Quality Management (compliance ISO9001), and e-commerce.

Priscila started their career as a Programmer at Fulano.com, where they worked on programming tasks.
