Thais Sallet

Thais Sallet has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll. Thais started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Deloitte Brasil from October 2016 to October 2018. Thais then transitioned to the role of Payroll Assistant from October 2018 to July 2019. Thais continued to grow in their career and became a Junior Payroll Analyst at Deloitte Brasil, where they were responsible for managing their own portfolio of clients and executing various HR and payroll activities from August 2019 to January 2020.

From November 2021 to October 2022, Thais worked as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Consulta Remédios, where they managed the entire payroll department, including benefits procurement and maintenance, document control, labor court settlements, and vendor management. Thais used the Domínio system for payroll calculations and the Ponto Mais system for work hours tracking.

Thais's most recent role is as a People Ops Analyst at Builders, starting from January 2023. In this position, they are responsible for managing service-provider contracts, collecting necessary documentation for contract drafting, providing information to service providers regarding billing invoices, annual bonuses, contract terminations, and conducting offboarding chats to gather feedback. Thais also oversees the in-house team, liaises with third-party accountants for payroll and tax-related processes.
