Caroline Leroy

Caroline Leroy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Platform.sh since May 2023. Previously, Caroline held the role of Chief People Officer at PayFit from August 2019 to April 2023, and also served as VP People during the same period. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Talent Officer at Cegid, HR Director of Urgo Medical focusing on Europe, and Senior HR Business Partner for Western Europe at MasterCard, overseeing HR for nine countries. Caroline began their career at Gemalto, progressing through various HR roles, including HR Lead for Canada and HR Business Partner for multiple regions. Early in the career, Caroline held a Human Resources Intern position at Vivendi Universal. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business from Sciences Po Aix and further studies at HEC Montréal and IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management.
