Antonio Sonis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Antonio started their career as a Stagista at Università degli Studi di Cagliari in November 2007. Following this, they worked as a Tirocinante at Energit from January 2008 to January 2009, where they gained experience as a Full Stack developer in languages such as scripting bash and Java.

From May 2011 to April 2013, Sonis worked as a Software Engineer at Sol-Tec Soluzioni Tecnologiche Srl. Antonio then joined Par-Tec S.p.A. in May 2013 as a Senior Engineer Software. At Par-Tec, they worked on Finance projects for Intesa Sanpaolo Group Services division, specializing in debugging, technical support, and later integration projects.

Sonis joined Iriscube reply in February 2018 as a Senior Consultant. Antonio worked as a frontend developer for a project in the banking sector on behalf of Banche Estere. Antonio frequently travelled abroad and coordinated with teams from Infocert and Vivocha companies.

In October 2019, Sonis worked as a Web Developer at Abstract until May 2020. Antonio then joined Advenias in June 2020 as a Frontend Web Developer. At Advenias, they worked in a team of 10 developers with the AGILE methodology and focused on analysis, modeling, bug fixing, code writing, and testing.

Currently, Sonis is a Freelance Frontend Developer at Platformatic, starting from January 2023.

Antonio Sonis completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Università degli Studi di Cagliari where they obtained a degree in Computer Science, specifically a Dottore in Informatica. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, they attended Istituto Tecnico Nautico Carloforte, where they pursued Materie Nautiche and earned the degree of Aspirante Direttore di Macchine.

In addition to their formal education, Antonio Sonis obtained a certification as a Java Standard Edition 6 Programmer Certified Professional from Oracle in June 2012.
