Thomas Cho has over 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Thomas began their career in 1995 as the Operations Manager/Engineer for Rainbow Research Optics. In 1996, they transitioned to Post Sales Support for MCI Worldcom, followed by a similar role at Qwest in 1998. In 1999, they were a Lead Engineer at Rhythms NetConnections, and Team Lead Network Engineer at High Speed Access Corporation, where they were responsible for managing three engineers in designing and deploying cable Internet services. In 2000, they joined CenturyLink as a Staff IP Architect, where they were responsible for the full life-cycle of new product development and network initiatives. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Owner of Gurooma Solutions, and then transitioned to Senior Technical Architect at SunGard Availability Services from 2012 to 2013. Most recently, they have been a Principal Engineer at Platina Systems since 2018.
Thomas Cho attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1986 to 1991, studying Aerospace Engineering.
