Chelle O'Keefe

Chelle O'Keefe, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Platinum Dermatology Partners, starting in February 2024. Prior experience includes an extensive tenure at Associa, where Chelle held the roles of Executive Vice President and CHRO, overseeing the employee experience for over 10,000 employees across North America, and Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communications. Additional roles encompass experience at Humana as Practice Leader in Change Management, Concentra as Assistant Vice President of Talent Management, AmeriCredit as Vice President of Training and Development, and Citi as Manager of Leadership Development and Training. Chelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
