Aristotle Soliman

Aristotle Soliman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Aristotle began their career at NextiraOne as an IT Director, working in operations from 2000 to 2006. Aristotle then joined Black Box Network Services as an IT Director, focusing on VSH operations. In 2010, Aristotle joined AEES as a Senior Strategy Consultant and IT Transition SPM. In 2011, they became a Technical Transition SPM at Truesense Imaging, Inc., another Platinum Equity Portfolio Company. The same year, they also founded Aristotle Solutions, LLC, where they served as the CTO and Board Member until 2015. From 2012 to 2015, Aristotle worked as a Portfolio Transition Architect at Neovia Logistics, another former Platinum Equity Portfolio Company. In 2007, they became the President of Aristotle Equity Holdings. Finally, they currently hold the position of Senior Vice President of Tech M&A Ops at Platinum Equity and also serves as Vice President of M&A & Portfolio Operations.

Aristotle Soliman has an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management. Aristotle also has a certificate in eCommerce and Internet Technologies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
