Brendan Hart

Brendan Hart has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brendan began their career as a Policy Intern at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy in 2008. Following this, they worked as a Technical Engineer at ExxonMobil from 2009 to 2010. Brendan then joined McKinsey & Company in 2010, starting as a Business Analyst and later becoming an Engagement Manager and Senior Associate. In 2017, they transitioned to Lateral Investment Management, LLC as a Vice President until 2018. From 2019 to 2023, Brendan worked at Transom Capital Group, where they held various roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations, and Operating Partner. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity, starting in 2023.

Brendan Hart attended Mount Saint Joseph High School. Brendan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Business, at the University of Virginia from 2005 to 2009. Later, they attended Harvard Business School, where they obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2012 to 2014.
