Lissa Israel

Lissa Israel has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Lissa began their career in 1993 at AT&T Mobility as a Mobility Service Manager/Universal Service Executive. In this role, they partnered with Sales Branch resources to define and deliver post-sale Care services to meet customer expectations in a cost-effective manner. Lissa also served as a customer advocate for all Care activities for a predetermined portfolio of select Business Customers. In 2017, they moved to Platinum Network Solutions as the Director of Sales Support. Lissa currently holds the same position at Platinum Wireless, LLC, where they have been since 2018.

Lissa Israel attended Immaculate Conception Cathedral High School Memphis from 1983 to 1987 and The University of Memphis. No additional certifications were provided.
