Gayathri Raman

Gayathri Raman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gayathri is currently employed at Plative as a Salesforce Consultant and has previously worked as a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst at Mitel. Prior to that, Gayathri was a Salesforce Business Analyst/Admin at Cox Automotive Canada. Gayathri also served as a Business Data Analyst at Cox Automotive Canada and as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Live Switchboard Inc. Gayathri has experience in business process analysis and consultation from their roles at CrimsonLogic, where they worked as a Business Process Analyst and Functional Consultant. Gayathri began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at CGI. Gayathri holds a bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore, where they worked as a student from 2012 to 2013.

Gayathri Raman completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Science/Studies from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Gayathri then pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) in Knowledge Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2012 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Gayathri obtained various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Associate, and Salesforce certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. Gayathri completed these certifications between 2016 and 2022.

Furthermore, Gayathri holds certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, which they obtained in 2021.

Gayathri also completed a project-based Salesforce Admin & Adv Admin course from Udemy in 2016.
