Aria Pezeshk

Aria Pezeshk is a seasoned engineering and machine learning expert, currently serving as Cofounder and Head of Engineering and Machine Learning at Plato Systems since January 2019. Previously, Aria held the position of Research Scientist at the FDA from December 2012 to February 2022, where significant contributions were made in deep learning research for imaging modalities, leading to over $500k in grants. Earlier experience includes working as an Integration and Yield Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on machine learning models for defect classification, and a research internship at GE Global Research. Aria holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2011.
