Arnaud Camus has worked in various roles since 2010. Arnaud began their career as President & Project Manager at Epiweb in 2010. In 2012, they interned as a Full Stack Developer at ENGIE France Réseaux. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder and Engineering Manager at Impraise, where they were on a mission to help organizations create a work environment in which people can do their best work. In 2015, they became Co-manager of While42 Amsterdam, an organization created to help French tech engineers become recognized for their skills. In 2019, they became a Mentor for Engineering Leadership at Plato. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Software Engineering Manager at BetterUp, a company on a mission to help people everywhere pursue their lives with greater purpose, passion, and clarity.

Arnaud Camus attended EPITECH - European Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014. During that time, they also attended Jönköping University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Information Engineering and Management. In 2014, they attended Y Combinator.
