Balki Kodarapu

Balki Kodarapu has worked in the technology industry since 2003. Balki began their career at Corillian Corp as a Senior Software/Support Engineer. In 2007, they moved to Fiserv as a Software Development Manager, Corillian Online Banking and Software Development Team Lead. In 2014, they co-founded DreamPath, where they served as CTO and directed an agile engineering team. Balki also launched a marketing strategy for the company by developing a Meetup group. In 2015, Kodarapu joined New Relic, Inc. as a Software Engineering Manager, Agents. In 2016, they moved to PayTrace as an Engineering Director. In 2021, they joined Plato as a Mentor - Engineering & Product Leadership. Finally, in 2022, they began working at SupportLogic as Senior Director of Engineering, leading the teams that build, maintain, and scale key components of their core SX Platform.

Balki Kodarapu obtained their MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in General Management between 2009 and 2011. Balki also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechnical Engineering from Osmania University. Additionally, they have a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
