Frances Madsen

Frances Madsen is an experienced engineer currently serving as a SCADA Engineer at Platte River Power Authority since May 2023. Prior to this role, Frances worked as an Engineer at Xcel Energy from November 2021 to May 2023 and held various positions at Open Systems International from June 2013 to November 2021, including Project Engineering Supervisor and Project Engineer. Additionally, Frances completed a Co-op Engineer position at Emerson Process Management in early 2011. Frances holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and previously studied Electrical Engineering at the University of St. Thomas from 2008 to 2009.
