Libby Clark Ma

Libby Clark, MA, SPHR has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Libby began their career as a Selection and Assessment Specialist at EASI-Consult from 2003 to 2005. Libby then joined Anheuser-Busch in 2005, where they held various roles such as Employee Selection Specialist, People Manager, Manager of Talent Management, and Manager of Leadership Development. During their time at Anheuser-Busch, Libby was responsible for activities such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development. Libby Clark, MA, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Libby also pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, starting in 2002 and completing coursework until 2005. During this time, they achieved the status of ABD (all but dissertation) towards a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Libby Clark has further attained certifications in the field of human resources, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2019.
