Laura Troncoso Ariza

Laura Troncoso Ariza serves as the General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club since August 2021. Laura's prior experience includes over a decade at OMG, where Laura held roles as Director and Practice Group Head in the Tourism & Real Estate Department, focusing on hospitality and tourism legal matters, and as Senior Consultant in the Finances Department, specializing in project finance. Laura's earlier career includes a fellowship at the Inter-American Development Bank, where Laura contributed to substantial financial transactions and loan structuring. Laura holds an LLM in Corporate Law, Arbitration, and Project Finance from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by diverse language education.
