Matt Rodgers

Matt Rodgers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt is currently working as the Director of Mechanical Engineering at AGS - American Gaming Systems since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Matt served as the Principal Mechanical Engineer at Olympus IMS from November 2016 to April 2019. In this role, they supervised a Mechanical Engineering group, coordinating project planning and new product development across multiple locations.

Matt also brings extensive experience from their tenure at Bose Corporation, where they worked as a Team Lead and Senior Mechanical Engineer from January 2007 to November 2016. In this role, they managed a mechanical production team and was responsible for various aspects of product development, including concept development, design, prototype assembly, and manufacturing support.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Graduate Student Teaching Assistant at WPI from January 2005 to January 2007, and as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center (ATMC) from June 2003 to December 2004. Matt also served as a Marketing Research Intern at Netco Extruded Plastics in June 2002 and gained experience as a Chemical Engineering Intern at MacDermid in the year 2000.

Matt Rodgers holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
