Joanna Nowak is an experienced Agile Coordinator and Agile Lead at Playbook Engineering since September 2022. Previously, Joanna held roles as a Scrum Master at Nokia and x-kom, where responsibilities included facilitating meetings, coaching teams, and transforming traditional IT structures into cross-functional teams. In earlier roles, Joanna contributed as a Project Lead and Manager in various companies, emphasizing team development and project documentation. With a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Politechnika Krakowska and experience in publishing and sales, Joanna has a well-rounded background in both technology and media.
