Mike Starkey

Mike Starkey has a diverse work experience with a focus on information technology and strategy. Mike is currently working as an Interim CIO at PLBY Group, Inc. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant at a private company in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Chief Information Officer at Christy Sports, where they made significant contributions to the implementation of a fully integrated rental reservation system and a digital customer experience. Before that, they worked at enVista from 2018 to 2020, holding the position of VP of IT Strategy, Retail Technology Leader, where they played a key role in IT strategy, software selections, and retail thought leadership. With a long tenure at Performance Bicycle starting in 2004, they served as the Senior Vice President of Information Systems until 2018. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as the Director of IT Retail Strategy at Sears. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions in information systems at Waccamaw/Home Place from 1991 to 2001.
