Sara Bradley

Sara Bradley, SHRM-CP, serves as Director, HRBP at Playfly Sports since December 2021. Previously, Sara held the position of HR Business Partner at Xenium HR, managing HR deliverables for over 30 clients across Oregon, Washington, and California while providing strategic HR support to leadership. At CareerStaff Unlimited, Sara progressed through various roles, culminating as HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included employee relations, development programs, and culture initiatives, alongside a track record in recruitment and staffing. Sara's earlier experience encompasses roles in organizations such as Sportsmanship Defined, Bioventus, City of Beaverton, and various medical assistant positions, contributing to a well-rounded professional background in human resources and healthcare. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Western Oregon University.
