Iara Oliveira

Iara Oliveira has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the People Success and Culture Director at Esportudo since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at PlayGreen starting in December 2021. Iara was the Head of People & Culture at Ahazou from February 2021 to November 2021.

In 2019, Iara had two different roles at THE GRID, now and future community, first as the People & Culture Lead from December 2020 to February 2021, and then as the People Development Leader from June 2019 to December 2020. Iara also worked as a Coordenação e Gestão de Pessoas at oito.agency from January 2019 to July 2019.

Before transitioning into people and culture roles, Iara worked at Red Bull. Iara started as a Defensive Line from September 2013 to September 2016, and then transitioned into the role of Purchase and Facilities from September 2016 to November 2018, where they led and managed the purchasing and facilities team, conducted corporate purchases and strategic negotiations, and managed contracts and office installations.

Iara Oliveira attended Universidade Católica de Brasília from 2002 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
