Job Description

  • Community & Growth Managers within Playground labs are responsible for orchestrating the public-facing communications from the organization, and work to ensure that the community participants in our protocols always have factual information and appropriate levels of hype. This is a fun & exciting position that requires a certain type of energy for success, and those with a real passion for the space are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Community Management: Manage a multitude of social channels and maintain a personally active presence on Twitter and Discord
  • Copywriting: Ability to craft clever, witty, timely Tweets, posts, & and other public-facing language
  • Measuring & Reporting: Establish and track ROIs and KPIs; deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
  • Campaign Management: Plan, organize, and execute customer-facing content calendar, promotions, and marketing campaigns

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles OR 1+ year of experience full-time in crypto (or demonstrable hobbyist mastery or influencer status)
  • Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar (& mastery of internet l33tspeak)
  • Intense eye for detail

Preferred

  • SEO experience
  • Design experience (Adobe XD preferred, Figma etc also great)
  • Influencer channel or strong personal social media presence
