Alla Drozdova

Alla Drozdova is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Playkot since October 2022. Prior to this role, Alla served as HRD at SberGames from May 2021 to July 2022 and as HRD at RJ Games from September 2016 to May 2021. Alla's experience also includes being the Ведущий HR manager at Adventum from 2012 to September 2016 and a Recruiter at Scarlet from June 2011 to November 2012. Alla Drozdova holds a degree in Management, Human Resources Management from Moscow University of Industry and Finance and a Specialist degree in Documentation Management from the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Alla has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on building and automating recruiting processes.
