Dekel Ovadia

Dekel Ovadia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dekel began their career in 2005 at EL AL Israel Airlines, where they held multiple roles in the Aviation Security Department, eventually becoming the department manager. In 2013, they joined John Bryce, where they worked on instructional design and information systems implementation and training projects. From 2014 to 2016, Dekel worked at Bank Leumi as a Learning Project Manager and OD (Organizational Development) Consultant. In 2014, they also started working as a freelance Group Facilitator and Organization Development Consultant. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at the College of Management Academic Studies as an Assistant to the Head of Executive Program and Teaching Assistant. In 2016, they joined Ness Technologies as an Organizational Development Consultant and Learning Project Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Playtika, initially as a Global Organizational Development Partner and later as an HRBP and HR Director.

Dekel Ovadia holds a Master's Degree (M.A.) in Organizational Development Consulting - Executive Program from The College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS) from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, they obtained a Certification in Family Mediation from the Goshrim Group - Mediation and Training Multidisciplinary Center. In 2016, they received a Certification in Mediation from Gome College - The Israeli Center for Mediation and Coaching. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology (major) and Drama and Theatre (minor) from Queens College of the City University of New York.
