Ella Klein

Ella Klein has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ella started their career as a Combat Engineering Instructor in the IDF and then worked in various positions at Ben Gurion University, including Assistant to Marketing Director and Head of Public Affairs Division. Ella then worked as a Dive Instructor at Ban's Diving Resort, where they also managed the establishment and operation of a website and Israeli Facebook page. Ella also worked as an Educational Instructor at Taasiyeda and as a Freelance Linguistic Editor at PADI. Ella then transitioned to the corporate world, working at Intel Corporation as a Learning and Leadership Development Training Specialist and as an Israel Training Account Manager. Most recently, they worked at Microsoft as a Learning and Development Program Manager, specializing in DE&I. Currently, Ella is the Business Communities Lead at Playtika.
